Are all sales final? Yes, due to health and safety regulations, we have a strict policy that all sales are final. This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item? If you happen to receive an item that is damaged, you have the option to request a refund or exchange. However, please note that this request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item, and it is important that the item still has its tags attached.
How long does processing take for my order? For orders placed 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, we kindly ask that you allow up to 2 business days for processing. This helps us ensure that your order is accurately prepared for shipment. All 1 business day for all orders before 1pm Eastern standard time.
What is the estimated shipping time? Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your address. Please keep in mind this timeframe excludes holidays, which may affect delivery times.
